Ronald F. Peck, CPA

Ron is a Co-Founder in our firm with extensive experience that includes public accounting, private industry, and international activities. This broad base of experience allows him to combine technical expertise with the perspective of a business person. He specializes in providing accounting and tax services to a wide range of small to mid-size businesses, including manufacturing, construction, real estate, service businesses and wholesale distribution. He also provides tax preparation and planning services for individuals. Ron received his BBA in Accounting from LeMoyne College. Ron is also a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.

Rose M. Jenkins, CPA

Rose is a Co-Founder and Shareholder in our firm with considerable experience that includes public accounting, private industry, and international activities. She specializes in accounting and tax services for small to mid-size businesses, including service businesses, physicians, real estate, retail, restaurants and hotels, and specialty services for resident and nonresident aliens. She also provides tax preparation and planning services for individuals and is a Certifying Acceptance Agent for processing IRS Form W-7. Rose received her BSBA in Accounting from Lawrence Institute of Technology.

Leah M. Kershner, CPA, EA

Leah is a Shareholder who joined the firm in 1999. She is a CPA and Enrolled Agent (EA) who provides accounting and tax services for a variety of business and individual clients. She is a Certifying Acceptance Agent for processing IRS Form W-7 to ITINs. She is a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and specializes in accounting for real estate investments, real estate professionals, construction, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and physicians. Leah holds an Associate of Arts degree from St. Petersburg College and a BS in Accounting from the University of South Florida. Leah serves as a board member for the Lucas Magazine Community Foundation and is a member of Tampa Bay Women CPAs.

Wendy Tejada, EA

Wendy is a Senior Manager who originally joined our firm in 2011. She is an Enrolled Agent who possesses extensive experience dealing with the accounting and tax issues of businesses, individuals, estates and trusts. Wendy’s expertise includes knowledge of Wyoming tax laws and the unique requirements of businesses in the agricultural sector. Her client base includes businesses in real estate, wholesale distribution, retail and professional services. Wendy’s specializations include QuickBooks clean-up, and resolution of federal and state tax problems. She received an AS in Business in 2003 from Northwest Community College and her BS in Accounting from the University of Wyoming in 2005.

Sara Arthur, CPA

Sara is a Manager in our Trinity location and joined our firm in 2015. Sara has significant experience in retail management, the insurance industry, and accounting for multi-state and multi-national corporations. She is proficient in all versions of QuickBooks. Sara obtained her Masters in Accountancy with a concentration in Tax from University of South Florida, Tampa, a BS in Accounting (Fall 2010), and then earned her CPA in January 2018. She is a Notary Public and a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Carol Buckler, CPA

Carol joined the firm in 2020 as a Senior Staff Accountant.  Her experience includes both public accounting and private industry, which provides a balanced perspective on accounting and tax matters.  She has a wide range of experience with income tax preparation for individuals and businesses and preparation of financial statements, as well as administration of employee benefit plans.  She is well versed in the unique requirements of accounting for construction companies.  Carol holds a BS in Business Administration from Henderson State University and is a licensed CPA in both Arkansas and Florida.  

Amy Blata, EA

Amy is a Senior Staff Accountant and has been with the firm since 2016. Amy has a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration and Accounting from Colorado Technical University. Amy also holds the Enrolled Agent designation and is eligible to sit for the CPA exam. Amy has experience preparing tax returns in Florida, Colorado and Michigan. She is experienced in QuickBooks and Peach Tree accounting software and works primarily in our Trinity office. Amy provides bookkeeping and tax return preparation services. Amy’s industry expertise includes restaurants, nightclubs, farming, medical professionals and a wide range of service and consulting businesses.

Jason Krasnoff, CPA

Jason joined the firm in 2020 as a Staff Accountant.  His experience includes income tax preparation for individuals and businesses, payroll taxes, bookkeeping and financial statement preparation.  Jason also has extensive experience auditing employment and payroll records.  He is proficient in multiple accounting and tax software products.  Jason holds an MS in Accounting from Western New England University and is a licensed CPA in both New York and Florida.  

Rhonda Smith

Rhonda Smith joined our firm in 2017 as a Senior Bookkeeper. She is highly organized, analytical, and has excellent decision making skills. Rhonda possesses over 30+ years of experience working in diverse accounting, financial and payroll positions within multiple companies. She is well versed in QuickBooks, Paylocity, Engage, EDS, ADP as well as other financial software programs. She obtained her Associates Degree from Kirkwood Community College and Indian Hills Community College in Iowa.

Shanon Eland

Shanon is a Staff Accountant in our Trinity office who specializes in QuickBooks Online. She provides bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax and tax preparation services to many business clients. Her broad knowledge of Microsoft Office products and QuickBooks software make it possible for her to perform these duties efficiently and accurately. Shanon’s expertise includes QuickBooks desktop and online versions.

Rovena Koci

“Rovi” joined PJK in 2018 as a Staff Accountant. She has extensive experience with internal control of cash in a retail environment. She serves clients in a range of industries with bookkeeping, payroll and sales tax services. She is fluent in Albanian and Italian. Rovi earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Education from the University of Macerata in Italy, and is a student at the University of South Florida with a major in Financial Accounting.

Tatiana Rothschild

Tatiana is a Bookkeeper who joined our firm in 2013. She specializes in QuickBooks and individual tax preparation. Tatiana received her Masters of Engineering in light industry in Russia, and also received an Accounting Application Certificate from St. Petersburg College. She is fluent in Russian and has experience working with clients from multiple countries.

Thea Yatras

Thea joined our Trinity office in 2021 as a Staff Accountant.  In addition to traditional accounting skills, she has a wide range of experience in management of profit centers in the restaurant and hospitality sector.  While working in that field she used analysis of complex data to improve operations and profitability.  Thea also has extensive knowledge of cryptocurrency.

Thea earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from the University of Rhode Island and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.

Neli Hankin

Neli joined our Wesley Chapel office in 2021 as a Staff Accountant.  She has extensive experience in complex banking and reporting activities in the real estate and property management sector.  Her responsibilities include development and operation of the Wesley Chapel office.

Neli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics (2011) and a Master of Arts in Mathematics (2014); both degrees were earned at the University of South Florida.  She is currently studying to earn the Enrolled Agent designation.  Neli is fluent in French.

Bill DeMambro, EA

Bill joined the firm in 2013. He's an IRS Enrolled Agent with many years of experience in tax preparation. He specializes in individual income tax preparation. He has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Providence College and a Masters Degree in General Business from Boston College.

Griselle Placeres

Griselle joined the firm in 2014 and is the Office Manager for our Palm Harbor office. Her responsibilities include printing and e-filing of tax returns, maintenance of our secure client portals, and developing procedures for efficiency, in addition to general administrative functions. She has extensive office administration experience and is well versed in Microsoft Office products.

Jaycen Kershner

Jaycen is our IT specialist, responsible for the installation and maintenance of the hardware and software used by the firm. He also works with outside consultants to maintain the security of our network. Jaycen is an integral part of our commitment to leverage state-of-the-art technology and the confidentiality of our client data.

Natalia Zakiewicz

Natalia is the Administrative Assistant in our Trinity office and joined the firm in 2018. She is responsible for printing and e-filing of tax returns, downloading of documents from our secure client portals, and for the overall efficient operation of our Trinity office. In addition, she works closely with our IT Specialist in testing and implementing new software and security measures. She is fluent in Polish. Natalia is a currently enrolled at University of South Florida.

Jennifer Chiavaroli

Jennifer has been the Administrative Assistant in our Palm Harbor office since 2019. She is proficient in all Microsoft Office products and has several years of experience working in positions where she acquired the skills needed to keep a busy office running smoothly. She is currently enrolled at St. Petersburg College.

Maureen M. Faber, CPA and affiliate

Maureen moved from Michigan to Florida and joined forces with PJK in 2016. She continues to work with her Michigan clients in affiliation with PJK. Maureen received her BS from Aquinas College.
