Please be aware of recent changes to your portal login. Our firm partners with Thomson Reuters to provide the platform for these portals. Their recent update was made to improve your sign-in experience as well as provide a more secure login. These changes occurred on November 17, 2023.

What you need to know:

• You’ll need to create a new username and password. To do this, you’ll need your current NetClient CS login ID and password. If you’ve forgotten your login ID, please contact our office. Follow this link to the sign-in page.
• The sign-in page will look different but will function the same way. This video showcases the new experience.
• You’ll need to enable two-factor authentication. There are several options available to verify your identity when you log in, including text messages or the use of another existing authenticator account. Supported authenticator apps include Microsoft, Google, Duo, Symantec, or LastPass. Thomson Reuters is also suggesting the Auth0 Guardian app, but if you already use one of these other authenticators it may be easier for you to use something you already have installed on your mobile phone.
